   Cucumbers, tomatoes, radish and others are used in cosmetic purposes. Puffy eyes can spoil even a very beautiful face. If you awake half the night or sit a lot of time at the computer, you encounter this problem. I can cite a simple example: a few days ago I woke up with swollen eyes, because I spent half the night at the computer. Cucumbers have helped me solve this problem. Put slices of cucumber on the eyes to remove the swelling and lie down 10-20 minutes, then dab the eyes with a napkin. You can also squeeze the juice from the grated flesh of a cucumber, cool it, soak napkins in this juice and put them in the eyes.
   Always remember that the cucumber moisturizes very well, softens and whitens the skin, protects it from sun, tightens pores. Vitamin cucumber mask is recommended for mature and tired skin. Peel the cucumber, grate it on grater or mix in blender. You apply the resulting mush on a cotton napkin and place it on the face. Rinse vegetable mask with warm water after 15-20 minutes, then rinse with cold water. You can also simply massage the face piece of cucumber (it is especially useful to do during the day, if the skin sweats).
   Recently I found in the encyclopedia such information about vitamin face mask for normal or oily skin: clean the cucumber and beat with a mixer half of this one, mix with a tablespoon of yogurt and apply on face for 20 minutes, later remove carefully with the swab dipped in water.
   If you have dry skin, put a few slices of cucumber in a tea cup, add fresh unboiled milk and let it sit in a cool place at night. Strain the resulting milk and wipe your skin in the morning. When your skin dries, wash your face with cool water.
   There is a great ways to help your skin if it is burned in the sun: mix in blender three large cucumbers without skin, mix the resulting mash thoroughly with a cup of milk. Apply to the affected skin or pour into a warm bath and lie down for 20 minutes in this water.
Tomato mask is used for oily skin with large pores. Impose pre-cleaned face sliced or grated flesh of fresh tomatoes for 15-20 minutes, then rinse with warm water. This vegetable mask tightens pores, improves the skin complexion.
   Mix grated tomato with a small amount of starch for dry and wrinkled skin; add a few drops of olive oil. Apply this vitamin mixture onto the face and rinse with warm water after 20 minutes.
Do you think that round vegetable bowl is just a mask for the face? No! If you have tired legs, rub warm tomato juice in your feet.
   Mix in equal parts juice, cucumber and cabbage daily and rub it into the hair roots to strengthen the hair. For oily hair: grease wet hair with a tomato pulp, then wash and thoroughly rinse your hair.
